PlastiBoards was founded on a simple belief: the best way to prepare for the plastic surgery oral boards is to practice the oral boards.
While many review courses focus on lectures and passive learning, PlastiBoards is built around active participation. Our small-group and one-on-one mock oral examinations provide candidates with the opportunity to think critically, communicate clearly, and defend their clinical decision-making in a realistic examination environment.

Who We Are
Ravi Bamba, MD
Dr. Ravi Bamba is a board-certified plastic surgeon and board-certified general surgeon with a passion for surgical education and resident training. Through years of mentoring plastic surgery residents, he has developed a deep understanding of the clinical reasoning, communication, and confidence required to succeed on the ABPS Oral Examination.
He founded PlastiBoards to provide a more personalized approach to board preparation. Through small-group coaching, realistic mock oral examinations, and individualized feedback, Dr. Bamba helps candidates transform their knowledge into confident performance on exam day.
