Welcome to PlastiBoards. By accessing this website or enrolling in a PlastiBoards coaching program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Educational Purpose
PlastiBoards provides educational coaching and mock oral examination preparation for physicians preparing for the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) Oral Examination. The information and coaching provided are intended solely for educational purposes and should not be considered medical, legal, or professional advice.
2. Independent Program
PlastiBoards is an independent educational program and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) or any other certifying organization.
3. No Guarantee of Certification
Participation in PlastiBoards does not guarantee successful completion of the ABPS Oral Examination or any other certification examination. Individual performance depends on many factors beyond the scope of this program.
4. Enrollment
Enrollment is limited and accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Your enrollment is confirmed only after full payment (or an approved payment plan) has been received.
5. Payments
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and must be paid through approved payment methods. By submitting payment, you authorize PlastiBoards to process the transaction.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the program begins will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees.
Cancellations made 14–29 days before the program begins will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the program start date or after the program has begun.
PlastiBoards reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, participants will receive the option of a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.
7. Attendance
The program is designed as an interactive coaching experience. Participants are encouraged to attend every session. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled or refunded.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, presentations, case discussions, written content, recordings, and educational resources are the intellectual property of PlastiBoards unless otherwise noted. Materials may not be copied, distributed, recorded, reproduced, or shared without prior written permission.
9. Confidentiality
Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of discussions that occur during coaching sessions. Patient information presented during mock cases is fictional or appropriately de-identified for educational purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlastiBoards and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program or reliance upon its educational content.
11. Website Content
The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. PlastiBoards reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, pricing, instructors, and policies at any time without prior notice.
12. Privacy
Any personal information submitted through this website will be handled in accordance with the PlastiBoards Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
